Company limited by shares - joint stock company is a historical term (at least in the UK) and should be used with care as the rules governing the potential liability of stockholders are likely to be different in Italy.

The correct translation depends on the context. In a bank a "fido" is an overdraft, in a petshop it is a dog. "Tasso" is similar :-)

If Spa and Srl are in the names of companies you don't translate them as Spa and Srl are part of the name. If not part of the name choose the best answer from those given.
