This person is nicknamed Малыш. He is one of two mercenaries from a group on an expedition to the Brazilian rain forest who have been appointed as animal handlers. He is looking into a container which has just been dropped by parachute. The other зверюга is a jaguar.
Found "Качок" which has something to do with bodybuilding, but I don't think that's it.

musclehead (slang) - (1) A large and muscular man, especially one interested in bodybuilding, involved in weight lifting, etc.
(2) A stupid man; a man who has muscle where there should be brains. (Also a rude term of address.)
Syn: musclebrain, meathead …

Even though "a качёк" is not necessarily stupid, the word still carries a [slightly] pejorative hint of being short on brains.

A strong, well-built man

a lanky person, a thug, a bodybuilder
It is somebody (a guy) physically impressive but mentally retarded who is focused precisely on his physical abilities and not other aspects of his nature, usually depreciated.

The Misha
: All three describe absolutely different things that may have nothing to do with each other. Moreover, an awkwardly tall (aka lanky) person is fairly unlikely to be a goombah gym rat. Methink.

The Misha
: The thing with any jargon is that it's time and place specific. So what time and place is this from? Me, I have never heard this word in the 40+ years I spoke this language.

Rachel Douglas
: Never heard of a swole (in 60+ years), except as a deliberately incorrect version of the participle "swollen."
