And you're walking all bunched up like girls
Or, spell it out, "And you're walking in a group like a bunch of girls."
Add obscenities to taste.
I wanted to propose "walking in a bunch," but "bunch of girls" works better than "bevy" or "flock," in my opinion. I suppose you could make it "walking in a bunch, like girls," but "like a bunch of girls" sounds more natural in casual conversation, so I'd use "group" and then "bunch." It wouldn't be the first time for that combo, as you can see in the first example.
Examples:
"Nine of us walking in a group like a bunch of ladies ain't helping."

you really want the kids walking in a tight bunch when they get there

walking in a congenial bunch in the pouring rain

Oh, I didn't see that Macro already had "bunch." But I wouldn't agree with the rest of his version, so this is a bit different.

By the way, there are great examples of "all bunched up," including videos.
