actions définitivement attribuées

French to English Bus/Financial Finance (general) \"Reglement du plan d\'attribution gratuite d\'actions\"

Thank you for your help.
Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

Non-PRO (1): philgoddard

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

comparative @ SB Unsure which of the two answers is better or the better one, as in may the 'better' and not best man win. The first answer earned the more votes. So obviously you know which is the superior.
Swiss Bankers (asker) Jul 6, 2016:
not sure which of the 2 answers is best... SB

(BrE) shares fully allotted; (AmE) stocks issued outright

Here is a slight adaptation for the benefit of 'Swiss banking'.

I could have sworn I have d/w returns of allotment of shares (form SH01) - starting all of 40 years ago (pre-Nigel Farage's City commodity trading era) and when clerking in the Co. Dept. at a City of London law firm.

Predictable comment: 'allotment is all right, but allocation is the usual term in the trade'.
Example sentence:

US: Acquiring stock and to receive any dividends declared on that stock and the amount of stock issued into escrow cannot exceed the amount of stock issued outright.

Section 555 of the. Companies Act 2006. Return of allotment of shares. What this form is for.
