You don't indicate, whether you want a title for the purpose of subtitling "Самогонщики", or if you merely want to describe them and it (the film).

If it's a title, you could make it "The Russian Three Stooges Do Moonshine" or "Russia's Three Stooges Do Moonshine." "The Three Stooges" were an American act, but pretty well known throughout the English-speaking world. Some people insist that Gayday took the idea of the trio from "The Three Stooges" ("Три балбеса"), although frankly I think the Russian films are superior.

I see that "Самогонщики" has been translated as "Bootleggers," but bootleggers trade in illegal spirits, whereas people who make it are called moonshiners.

The problem with using "Moonshiners" as a title, however, is that it's the title of a fairly recent American TV series which is a docudrama, not a comedy.
