English term

commercial buy-off

English to French Bus/Financial Finance (general)
Bonjour,

"FBO v CBO
What is the Commercial Buy-Off?

CBO, or commercial buy off, is the remaining outstanding commercial or customer rental payments at the termination up to the end of the contract.
Sofon calculates the commercial buy off from lease contract data provided by the back office (Oracle OKL).
CBO includes billed and unbilled receivables
With Everest, the concepts of Buy-Off High and Buy-Off Low are introduced.
They refer to the Resulting Buy-Off, namely the settlement amount factored into the new deal.
Both SOFON and Siebel calculate Buy Off High and Buy Off Low values that provide boundaries for the buy-off amount that the sales person may use in the Sales Quote.
Normally, Buy-Off High is the CBO and Buy-Off Low is the FBO but OpCos may also choose to use specific override interest rates when determining the PV of the outstanding rentals for the High/Low boundaries."

Merci d'avance.
