Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

По аналогии с более известными сериновыми протеазами.
Сериновые протеиназы объединяют группу эндопептидаз, имеющих в каталитическом центре остаток серина. У большинства сериновых протеиназ в каталитическом центре находят аминокислотные остатки Асп 102, Гис 57 и Сер 195.

По-видимому, вы правы, и имеется в виду действительно эндопротеаза (эндопротеиназа) Lys-C (http://www.ld.ru/molecular/item-160069.html), a protease that cleaves proteins on the C-terminal side of lysine residues (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Endoproteinase_Lys-C). Это, конечно, не то же самое, что лизин-сериновая протеаза. Непонятно только, зачем эндопротеазу Lys-C назвали в русском тексте лизиновой протеазой...
| Проблема в том, что "глутаматная протеаза", например, это glutamyl endopeptidase (нашел на сайте производителя, т.к. в документе был указан кат. № и производитель). Хочется правильнее перевести и лизиновую протеазу. Может быть, это lysyl endopeptidase, или endoproteinase Lys-C. Когда ищу по "endoproteinase Lys-C peptide mapping", нахожу, что она используется с этой целью (пептидное картирование). |
