Hi All,
I am currently translating a legal ruling concerning a sales commission agreement in Mexico and would appreciate any help translating the above in the following context:
Si un emplazamiento a una negociación mercantil debe realizarse por conducto de una persona física que al mismo tiempo, por la ficción legal del desdoblamiento de su personalidad, es apoderado o representante de esa persona moral, no es legalmente posible que el referido representante desconozca la existencia del juicio origen del emplazamiento.
