Spanish term

(R.E.AC)

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) Abbreviation in vital signs section of printed physical exam form
This is on a printed form for a standard medical record in Chile. The form lists PULSO (R.E.AC) PRESION TEMPERATURA(AX/RECT) RESP . Oxygen saturation is written in by hand below this. It isn't clear whether (R.E.AC) is related to pulse, the item before it, or is a separate item of its own. I understand everything except the abbreviation (R.E.AC). There is punctuation only after the R and the E. The AC part has no punctuation and I can't tell if this is intentional, a typo, or an artifact in the PDF. Can anybody shed light on this?
