When you submit a support ticket you get an automatic email notification with your case ID. Any ideas for Case ID in Russian?

Microsoft terminology: Case No. - The number given to a specific case for identification purposes.
ID can also be translated as код or идентификатор.

You can refer to the act of submission instead of a "case" and use "номер обращения", if the logic of the system does not prevent that.

I can also think of a couple of alternatives. If the "Case" and "Ticket" entities in your system have 1:1 relationship, you could use whatever translation for "ticket" you have: "номер [translation for 'ticket' in genitive]".

Finally, you could use "ссылочный/входящий номер" (reference/incoming No), if that doesn't cause conflict with other terms in the context.
