"Diese Bedenken sollte mit in deine Entscheidung einfließen." -> consider/take seriously

A very "versatile" word, to be sure.

This is "flow into," but in quite a literal sense.

However, "beiläufig" is a bad descriptor for your sentence; still, the synonyms may give you some clues.

Here, "flow into" is used figuratively. But I don't see how its use would be OK in your sentence.

And ever only use linguee as a starting point. The examples shown on this website are from translations, not ENS documents. A few of them are good or OK; most of them are really bad.

In your context, "einfließen" should be viewed as "give more consideration to something" / "play a more prominent role" (similar to Kirsten's suggestion, although I'm not in favor of "incorporate" in this context) / "factor in" ("influence" is plain wrong, IMO).
