English to Russian Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s) Соглашение

Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or in relation to this Agreement will be settled by binding arbitration of a Sole Arbitrator if the parties mutually agree upon one failing which to a Board of Arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
