As the original has a double impact, you might use "again reconsider"....
And another option could be "rethink":

agree Charles Davis : IMO "rethink" would be better, because "reconsider" suggests reconsidering whether to do it at all, whereas I think it means reconsider how to do it. In practice, it amounts to "redesign the project", and that's how I'd say it.
