mine site ancillary facilities
Each truck will drive 8 hours from the main mine site to the village, where a driver switch-out will occur. A driver switch out is required so as to comply with the maximum 8 hours work shift regulated by labour legislation, as well as for safety reasons. It is proposed to construct an overnight Driver’s Camp in the village. Replacement drivers will then travel overnight to the Port, deliver the product to the port and return to the overnight Driver’s Camp. A driver switch-out will take place again in the morning, following which trucks will return to the main mine site.
In addition to the overnight Driver’s Camp a Driver’s Stopover Camp will be constructed in xx. This stopover camp will provide drivers with a temporary break during their journey from the main mine site to the overnight Driver’s Camp.

: maybe not perfect with regard to overnight camp, but camp could well mean they sleep/camp out in the trucks. It certainly doesn't deserve a disagree

: a motel is not just for lorry/truck drivers and it definitely does not fit the second term asked. a camp does not imply any sort of building and certainly not a motel. it could be where they camp out in their trucks/lorries.

overnight driver’s camp / driver's stopover camp
camp d'hébergement pour les chauffeurs / camp de repos pour les chauffeurs
the use of "camp" suggests some kind of compound / enclosed space where drivers can stay overnight/get a rest or just take a short brake
these "camps" will be purpose built/created only for the drivers of that mining company, so terms used for "normal" overnight accommodation of drivers AND vehicles (commercial operations open to anyone) are not necessarily the best suited.

: un camp, c'est pour les scouts, vous imaginez des camions dans un camp ? Vous pouvez avoir des caravanes dans un camp et camper mais cela ne s'applique pas aux poids lourds

READ the ST - it's some kind of compound meant ONLY FOR DRIVERS // too confusing for your MT? // as a comparison, when the replaced crew of pilots and stewards go to rest in a hotel they don't park the air-plane in front? or you think they do?

Discussion
Each truck will drive 8 hours from the main mine site to the village, where a driver switch-out will occur.
=> a driver switch-out will occur = same truck, new driver
A driver switch out is required so as to comply with the maximum 8 hours work shift regulated by labour legislation, as well as for safety reasons. It is proposed to construct an overnight Driver’s Camp in the village.
Replacement drivers will then travel overnight to the Port,
=> Replacement driver(s) i.e. the new driver in the same truck
will then travel overnight to the Port, i.e. the whole point of this "overnight Driver’s Camp" is to make it possible, despite the 8 hour driving limit for each individual driver, to keep the truck MOVING - hardly what "une aire de stationnement" is used for?
The only one staying in this "overnight Driver’s Camp" are drivers NOT the vehicles!
Just a suggestion
