Lease Terms
We have been provided with a copy of the lease agreement in respect of Blocks D & E. The lease terms are essentially on **partial ‘Net’ terms** with the Lessee responsible for basic rentals; operating cost rentals (covering operating costs as specified in Annexure A; internal maintenance to buildings (including Lifts); full municipal rates and utilities charges. The Lessor is responsible for exterior building maintenance and the insurance of improvements.
