Bonjour,
The interquartile range of tax-year net cost plus ratios for the set of comparable companies located in the Asia-Pacific region is between 14.29 percent and 22.80 percent, with a median of 17.56 percent.

The interquartile range of the **three-year weighted average net cost plus ratios** for the set of comparable companies located in the Asia-Pacific region is between 11.20 percent and 38.07 percent, with a median of 19.29 percent.
Merci !

While freely admitting this is not in any way my specialist field (finance / statistics / maths), as Germaine says, from a purely syntactical point of view, this is what I would understand the source text to mean.
I am just submitting this suggestion here by way of a place holder, to acknowledge this additional possibility not so far suggested.

: Yes, but what about the 'average'? / That's exactly the point I made in the discussion: I firmly believe it is the average of the RATIOS and NOT of the prices.

Discussion
Perso, I don't think so: it is not uncommon to talk of an average (weighted or not) of something over a period — hence grouping '3-year weighted average' makes arguably more sense; one might write '3-year weighted average ratios of net-cost-plus', though that would be less elegant and more clunky.
I'm not trying to be in any way dogmatic about this, merely seeking to explain my reasoning, in case that should ultimately help Asker — to whom I wish a heartfelt « Bon courage ! »

We are talking about interquartile ratios, which are being expressed in percentages. And we are initially talking about these ratios over a period of one financial year. Thus it seems only logical to me that we continue by talking about these i/q ratios averaged over 3 years; I cannot see how 'interquartile ratios' of '3-yr averaged prices' would really make much sense?
However, don't you think that the '3-yr weighted average' in fact refers to the 'ratios'? From the singular agreement you have used ('moyen pondéré'), it looks as though you are interpreting it as bein the average of the 'net cost plus'? I'm not sure if that is actually quite right — it certainly wasn't my initial instinctive reading.
(J'hésiterais à utiliser "prix... moyen pondéré triennal" étant donné le double sens, qui pourrait porter à confusion/interprétation)
