Following these interventions, the Programme Officer of INERELA + Kenya noted that some of the achievements realized within two years of using the framework include Kenya faith sector response to HIV mainstreaming into the national response, dialogues started in five counties, religious leaders taking the front line in the fight against stigma and discrimination and members of congregations beginning to support the initiatives started.

I think the use of the term "mainstreaming" is rather unfortunate here, because it can mean injecting a drug directly into a vein, which is not an association that would be wanted here. These are not really "dialogues" either, because they are not conversations between two parties, but multiparty discussions.
Also, note that there should not be a comma after "response". So, it should read:
"... the national response dialogues started in five counties ...".

I now think I was wrong about that comma and that the reason this is hard to read is because of the omission of a definite article
i.e. "[the] Kenya faith sector response to HIV mainstreaming into the national response"

Merci MultiPro, mais pourquoi "surtraduit"? Il a fallu corriger l'erreur dans la question et je ne trouve aucune "initial". Mais Carole a choisi la mauvaise réponse, soit ma première réponse.

The above leads me to the translation of the first point in the list as: "l'intégration de la réponse du secteur confessionnel kényan dans la riposte nationale", with the need to take that point in its entirety because of the difference in sentence structure between English and French. I want to change the Glossary entry accordingly, because the current entry will be confusing to anyone consulting it in the future. However, I shall await your response. I hope it is not too late for you to amend your translation.
