rectouterine pouch/ rectouterine excavation/ pouch of Douglas

Turi daug skirtingų pavadinimų (žr. interneto nuorodas), bet tai ertmė iškart už gimdos, kurioje endometriozės atveju gali augti nepageidaujami audiniai (trūksta konteksto, bet manau, kad Jūsų citatoje "laisva" reiškia, kad ji neužakusi, t. y. joje nėra endometriozės požymių).

Kiek žiūrėjau interneto šaltiniuose, jei toje įduboje jau yra kažkiek endometriozės židinių, ji vadinama "dalinai užakusi". Tad, jei Jūsų dokumente naudojamas žodis "laisva", manyčiau, tai reiškia, kad joje visai nėra ligos požymių. Siūlau versti "unaffected" or "no abnormalities detected".

Šiuose 2 šaltiniuose (LT ir EN) pateikta analogiška endometriozės klasifikacija abiem kalbom, gali būti naudinga: https://www.google.lt/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd... (žr. 5 puslapyje)

Note from asker:
Dėkui už terminą. Taip, ten apie endometriozę kalbama :) Tik neaišku, ar tas "nėra" reiškia, kad joje nėra endometriozės židinių, ar ji nesuaugusi, t.y. yra organų paslankumas...
