The following paragraph is from a paper on CT examination and low tube voltage imaging. What does the second sentence here mean? What is being set? (設定した)
Catphanファントムの低コントラストモジュール画像から式1を用いてCNRを算出した。低コントラストモジュール内のCT値差10HU,15mmφのロッドをROIM、そのすぐ内側のback ground部分に同じ大きさのROIBを設定した.
ROIM:信号体(ロッド内部)のCT値
ROIB:back groundのCT値

or depending on how you're wording it the second sentence could be;
"We set/configured a 10 HU CT value difference in the low contrast module, a 15mmφ rod ROIm, and an ROIb of identical size in the background area immediately inside this."
Is that how we interpret the the first part of the sentence? Or, should it be read
as 'for the CT value difference of 10 HU'?
