English to Polish Law/Patents Finance (general)

As part of its development strategy, in order to increase the business in Europe, XXX decided to create ex nihilo a new subsidiary in Warsaw called XYZ. Therefore, as of the 5th of March 2017, XYZ is a subsidiary of XXX, which XXX controls directly in accordance with the article 2.2 of the Commercial Code. Accordingly, the Parties wish to submit their financial relations to the ***inter-companies financial agreement***.
