Es geht um effizientes Feedback und verschiedene Feedback-Modelle:
"authentic positive feedback in all four forms (Impact, Direction, Contingency and Attribution) cultivates...."
Fehler beim Feedback-Geben:
The feedback contains an implied consequence or threat.
The question “Do you want to be successful in this organization?” or the statement “If you join this project group, you’ll achieve good visibility with the executive team” are examples of Contingency feedback.
Ich finde zu dem englischen "Contingency feedback" nur um die 300 hits, insofern muss es im Deutschen noch keinen feststehenden Begriff dafür geben. Ich verstehe es als ein "hypothetisches Feedback", es wird etwas in Aussicht gestellt oder wie im Text bemerkt, eine implizite Bedrohung ausgesprochen.

Ich kenne im Dt. nur die drei Feedback-Typen: Wahrnehmung-Wunsch-Wirkung, von denen hier aber offensichtlich keine in Frage kommt.

Antwort-abhängiges Feedback
Die Uni Saarland hat in einem Aufsatz Feedback-Typen untersucht. Einer davon war 'Antwort abhängiges Feedback' für 'response-contingent feedback'.
Vielleicht kommt das der Form 'contingency' ja nahe.
