drones
The dron will automatically focus the Main Camera at the beginning of each line in a mapping mission and before the first photo you capture on an interactive flight.
While flying interactively, you can ask it to focus on the current subject at any time. The Main Camera always zooms fully in to the centre of the ***feed*** to focus. It focusses on a region in the centre (50 % of the zoomed-in image). It then zooms out
again.
The Main Camera has a large depth of field. Objects more than approximately
4 m from the camera are already at infinity. Focussing once at the beginning of
the flight is often enough to ensure good focus throughout an interactive mission.
You may however need to trigger the autofocus from time to time during a flight
if less than 4 m from the subject or to correct focus changes caused by changing
temperature.
