English term

less than two-week increments

English to Spanish Other Other
Hola colegas:
Estoy traduciendo un manual para empleados y me encuentro con esta frase:

"While eligible employees are encouraged to use their six weeks of Paid Parental leave in one consecutive period, they may choose to use this leave on an intermittent basis, but in such case, the leave must be taken in no less than two consecutive weeks, except that on two occasions, the leave may be taken in less than two-week increments."

No me queda claro el significado de la última frase: "except that on two occasions, the leave may be taken in less than two-week increments"

¡Gracias!

agree Beatriz Ramírez de Haro : Eso es. Imagino que la duda de Gabriela se debe a "increments".
