On a Fashion French website, I saw that "tailoring" was translated as "esprit tailleur business" so I might use that but I like "style plus structuré" too although "tailoring" in French refers more to a woman wearing a man's suit but in a a more feminine way.

@ Asker I think the way you need to translate this is going to very much depend on the rest of the surrounding context, and in particular, what the text goes on to say...
I don't think 'tailoring' here has the specific sesne of 'sur mesure', but rather, the general type of clothing, as in for example a 'tailleur'; it seems as if they may be contrasting looser, more relaxed clothing with a more formal look; I don't know if you could say something like 'look ajusté' (on the basis of 'jupe ajustée' for a 'tailored skirt', and of course, for slim-fit shirts etc.). But I think that is the general idea to get across. Maybe even something along the lines of 'tenue de ville'?
