English term

Jumps 22% on 13% Revenue Growth

English to Spanish Bus/Financial Economics Shipping
Hi there

Can anyone help me to understand this and provide an accurate translation in Spanish? It is for a shipping company and this is the context:

Supply Chain & Freight Building Momentum as Operating Profit Jumps 22% on 13% Revenue Growth

As this has to be accurately expressed in Spanish, I will kindly ask you to refrain from posting an option if you do not feel confident enough, so as to prevent confussion.

Thank you all

Contrast What's happening here is that, though revenues increased by only 13%, they managed to squeeze out a 22% increase in profits. The two figures are not related, and one is not a percentage of the other.

You are right. The mumbers are not related and my phrasing does not express or imply that. However, if it is ambiguous, I can improve it. Let me know if you like it better. Sube 22% comparado con el 13% de aumento en la facturación....
