Schedule"), the Claimant has provided particulars of the hourly rates of the legal
team at ***, and details of the number of hours spent by each fee earner
for which a claim is made. The total amount of *** costs claimed is
$577, 900. 75. This is not broken down by reference to individual preliminary issues.
The Claimant also claims disbursements of $19,858.31. By email to the Tribunal
dated 10 May 2017, *** confirmed that (exclusive of VAT) the amounts
claimed are $ 489,746.40 (*** costs) and $ 16,829.08 (disbursements).
