The purchaser shall:
- give notice to the Sellers, within two (2) Business Days of the date of the Antitrust Clearances being obtained (including, if possible, a copy of the Antitrust Clearances as soon as received from the Relevant Governmental Authorities) or the ////////Governmental Order being avoided.///////

From a contract related to the selling and purchasing of a company shares.
This particular article deals with the antitrust obligations and relevant clearance to be obtained prior the closing date of the transaction.

The previous paragraphs concerns the various documents to be provided to file for antitrust clearances, obligations to be complied with, etc.
