Birth certificate
This acronym appears at the end of a birth certificate, next to the General Register Office's stamp. I found suggestions such as "Certified Municipal Clerk" or the name of the hospital (but the initials don't match here). I also have a French birth certificate template and it says "CJC" in this same exact location, but I am not sure what it stands for.

It's just serial letters and not an acronym

: I noticed that there are different acronyms each time. It could be the initials of the officer/employee who issued the paper. You know what we call in French the "parafe". Sometimes in official docs you see parafes instead of signatures.
