-Lack of appropriate standoff distance.
-The gate boom at the outside rear vehicle entrance is weak to sustain the VBIED.
-Security guards provide general security for the building.
-Access control procedures are generally weak.
-The rear glass door at the 2nd floor leading to the WHO offices are not properly secured
-The rear side of the building is vulnerable for intrusion.
-Absence of proper screening methods: walk-through metal detector.
-Host government elements are not deployed for outside of the facility.
-Not clear if the available CCTV system is recordable, and properly monitored.
-Public parking nearby the building.

Спасибо! По идее, во многих случаях к обеспечению безопасности иностранных представительств и т. п. широко привлекают полицию. А вот насчет военных я не уверен. P.S. Так силовые структуры — это и армия, которую вряд ли привлекают.
