Hola colegas, estoy tratando de traducir esta frase y la verdad que me he enredado bastante. Comprendo lo que quiere decir "to bind" "to agree" pero no sé cómo ponerla con la idea de "juicio". Acá va el contexto:
En forma expresa autoriza a los mandatarios para **comprometer el juicio en árbitros**, determinar el número de los mismos y designar al Juez y Secretario que ha de actuar en los mismos
"to bind the trial to the terms of arbitral decisions" me vino a la mente, pero no estoy seguro si suena natural
Agradezco su ayuda
