Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Employment contract

Hi everyone,

I'm having some issues fitting this particular phrase into the sentence.

Here you have my attempt:

Mr/Ms -------------- shall offer their services to the company as xxxxxxxxxx, assuming the inherent powers of said role, delivering of general objectives, independently and acting responsibility, under the criteria and direct instructions of the company’s administrative body.

And the original:

D. -------------- prestará sus servicios en la empresa como xxxxxxxx, asumiendo los poderes inherentes a la titularidad jurídica de la misma, relativos a los objetivos generales de aquélla, con autonomía y plena responsabilidad, bajo los criterios e instrucciones directas del órgano de administración de la empresa.

Been scratching my head over this one for a while, so any suggestions would be most appreciated.
