I am translating a pamphlet that describes the various tracks that patients might be assigned to for drug treatment. Each track includes a certain number of group and individual sessions, reporting to probation, urine screens, etc. Various "phases" are described that last from a few weeks to several months. There is Track 1, Tract 2, etc. Here is first sentence of the introduction to give some sort of contest "The treatment tracks implemented for treatment court participants have been developed to better support and meet the individualized treatment need(s) of each participant."
