This was asked in this forum many years ago, but the answer given and accepted just doesn't seem satisfactory to me, so I am asking it again in hope someone will shed some light on this. This is a document granting powers to a company's legal team. The particular sticky spot is marked between asterisks.

With POAs I always try to translate as much as is linguistically possible, as they usually attempt to cover all possible scenarios. However, here I feel that what is meant with these four terms can be covered in English with the terms I have suggested, (and even then, I feel "requisite to" on its own would be sufficient).
I'm basing this on my understanding of the four terms:
Presupuesto, from presuponer, is literally "presupposed" (nothing to do with budgets, I sense), with presuppose meaning require, necessitate, imply, entail, mean, involve or assume.
Desenvolvimiento means (I think) "ensuing from" here.
Complemento and consecuencia are fairly straightforward.
So, a possible translation might be:
"...with all the powers requisite or concomitant to conducting business in court without restriction..."
