Thank you, Marcelo. At least in my reading, the original refers to *govermental* (rather than non-governmental) organizations. In the US, NASA would be one example of such an organization.

: I'm not sure we can be certain that the 'convenios' are treaties between states or that the bodies are governmental, especially where different countries' systems are concerned. I would check with the client before assuming something not in the source.
