Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Estatuto
Buenas noches,

La frase corresponde a un contrato por que el que ya publiqué otra pregunta. My attempt is: common shares, non endorsables, of 5 votes and a par value of $ 100 each one.

Lo que antecede a la frase es: "Juan P. suscribe 58.000 acciones nominativas, (...)".

Muchas gracias por su ayuda.

Hi Elisa. Your question exceeds the 9-word limit, but can you tell us which specific term is giving you trouble?
By the way, "acciones nominativas" are "registered shares", not "common shares".

registered shares of non-endorsable common stock having five votes and a par value of $100

This can certainly be worded otherwise, but here are the basic components:

--acciones nominativas-registered shares/stock
--acciones no endosables-non-endorsable shares/stock
--acciones ordinarias-ordinary shares/common stock
--valor nominal-par value
--de 5 votos-having five votes; entitled to five votes, etc.
