Извините, опечатка (у меня и в тексте), должно быть microtiter. Например, по ссылке http://www.mdpi.com/2079-6374/2/1/32/xml можно скачать PDF-документ, в котором mitrotiter встречается один раз, а во всех остальных случаях написано microtiter

Germany), тогда как поиск по ключевым словам microtiter plate дает microtiter plates (Nunc, Wiesbaden, Germany). А частую встречаемость mitrotiter можно объяснить цитированием или ссылкой на одни и те же статьи (например, указанной выше)
