French term

Evaluation PJ collaboration Inter CJ

French to English Law/Patents Law (general) Rapport d\'Intervention en milieu de vie
It is a "Rapport d'intervention en milieu de vie / Evaluation PJ collaboration Inter CJ" from Canada.

My problem with is the abbreviations. Does PJ refer to Police judiciaire or something else? What about "CJ"? Maybe someone understands the whole term. I suppose there are omissions.

Thanks in advance for help.

AllegroTrans Dec 20, 2017:
Could PJ just possibly be "pieces jointes"?
Marco Solinas Dec 20, 2017:
Protection Centre? I am quite certain that "PJ" stands for "Protection de la Jeunesse" (more commonly abbreviated in Quebec to PDJ). It is a government organization that oversees the welfare of minors in Quebec. "CJ" could stand for "Centre Jeunesse" (there are lots of those in Quebec), but I am far less certain about this.

Yes, the court wants to evaluate and determine whether the father's home is conducive enough for him to be able to provide adequate care for the son who has hitherto been under the care of his stepfather (the late mother's fiancé).
philgoddard Dec 20, 2017:
Thanks. But what does the report say, and who wrote it? Is it about the quality of care the father is able to provide? And are you sure it doesn't contain any phrases whose initial letters are CJ and PJ? Could J be jeunesse?
Do please provide as much information as possible, otherwise it's like playing twenty questions.
Robert Miki (asker) Dec 20, 2017:
Oh yes, it is the title of a court ordered report in order to award child custody to the father. Child's mother died.
philgoddard Dec 20, 2017:
Please help us out with some context. Is this the title or heading of a document? If so, what does the document say?
"Rapport d'intervention en milieu de vie" may refer to a quality of care audit in a hospital or other institution, but perhaps you can clarify this.

I believe Marco is correct.

PJ stands for "Protection de la jeunesse" and CJ stands for "Centre jeunesse," accordign to "SIGLES ET ABRÉVIATIONS" under Web reference provided below.
