Japanese term

コンクリート直押さえ

Japanese to English Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering
Does anyone know how to translate this? The links below explain what 直押さえ is, but I am wondering whether there is a concise English translation that I could use.

Reading the description on the Japanese pages, and looking at the pictures on a site in English led me to think that the term refers to finishing concrete.
