Discussion

David Young May 11, 2018:
I think that supports "route packages" if anything.
I did a search for "route packer", which could be it... but it doesn't get good results in a search, and doesn't sound very good in the first place.
Plus, if the term is listed under "aktuelle stillingskategorier", then it's a category of positions, not a position itself. I think "route packages" makes sense as a category, particularly for a grocery delivery provider.

This is a position in a grocery delivery provider

route packages

A web search of the term, and looking at the context it is used in, suggests that it should be translated literally, as "route packages". It seems to only be used in the context of transportation and tourism, referring to packages of various available routes. While this doesn't make sense as the name of a position, it may well make sense as the name of a position category (there might be a number of positions related to planning or managing route packages). Is there any more contextual information that might confirm or refute this?
Example sentence:

Oppdraget er inndelt i fire rutepakker som til sammen dekker store deler av fylket.

Note from asker:
Thanks David, I found the answer and it was a packaging worker they meant.
