7. Variation of Rentals
7.1 The Monthly Rentals payable in respect of each Vehicle have been calculated by COMPANY on the following assumptions:
7.1.1 that there shall be ***no disallowance or partial disallowance of input tax*** for VAT purposes for COMPANY (whether or not such input tax specifically relates to expenditure on the Vehicle); and
7.1.2 that no change will occur in the rate, nature, application or basis of VAT which would affect COMPANY's calculation of the Monthly Rentals.
