English to Spanish Other Surveying proyecto sobre el patrimonio natural de una zona

Este término aparece en un apartado que hace referencia a una encuesta sobre las dificultades más importantes para llevar a cabo medidas para conservar el patrimonio natural de zonas transfronterizas protegidas. En el apartado se explican los resultados y las opciones escogidas por los participantes según el orden de prioridad que le dan a cada problema que se plantea.

Supongo que serán abreviaturas pero no consigo encontrar el equivalente.

"In order to analyse, which are the most common obstacles and constraints relevant for people dealing with natural heritage in the seven targeted cross-border regions, a sub-group of people were extracted from the overall set of survey respondents. This sub-group comprises of people, who chose natural heritage as their first priority, when answering both the question “In which of the following fields are you interested in cross-border cooperation” and the question “Do you have an interest in the policy instrument in the following fields?”

Altogether, there are 29 persons in this “natural heritage sub-group”, presumably representing organisations, who have more experience with managing cross-border natural heritage (projects) than the rest of the respondents of the survey. 6 persons out of these 29 represent ***MA/JS*** and 18 persons have been beneficiaries in the cross-border programmes."

Este es el párrafo final del apartado:

"The results show clearly that the ***MAs/JSs*** have a long way to go to step out of their comfort zone and have guts to make stronger efforts to introduce and implement simplifications in the administration of the cross-border cooperation programmes. In order to change the image of cumbersome bureaucratic structures for real, the simplifications must be drastic and clearly communicated."
