English to Swedish Bus/Financial Finance (general)

Hej, jag har lite svårt att hitta någon vedertagen översättning på "participating shares"
i någon ordbok/ordlista. "Deltagande aktier" får bara 200 träffar på google,
så jag hoppas någon kan hjälp till med detta

Ordinary "A"-shares shall grant the right of one vote for every share held and are participating shares
entitled to receive divident distributions av deemed fit by the Board of directors and are entitled to any assets upon dissoution of the company.
Ordinary "B"-shares shall grant the right of one vote for every share held and are participating shares
but shall in no case entitle to receive any divident distribution whatsoever
"B" shares are not entitled to any assets upon dissolution of the company
