This term appears as a heading on an Embassy payslip. Initially I thought it was referring to a three-year period but now I'm not sure. It also appears as an item in the list of codes under the "Earnings" side of the second page of the payslip. In this case I wondered if it was referring to some kind of three-yearly bonus.
Any clarification would be much appreciated.
"TRIENIOS
TECNICO 00
ADMINISTRATIVO 03
AUXILIAR 02
ORDENANZA 00
SERVICIO 00
CONGELADOS 00"
I'm not sure if the numbers that appear after each of these job types is the number of years that the employee has carried out these functions.
"RETRIBUTIVOS
SUELDO BASE
PAGA EXTRAORDINARIA
13 PAGA
14 PAGA
TRIENIOS
TRIENIOS HASTA (31/12/90)
COMPLEMENTO
GRATIFICACIÓN"

Note from asker:
Thanks Cristóbal. I'm just wondering why it appears above the table with those headings and numbers. |

Discussion
So you can see, how many "trienios" this person has added up to his/her salary. I assume the amount of payment money granted by a trienio varies among the different categories. I hope it helps!
