It Unless there's a mistake in the text, the use of the pronoun "it" means that it is a corporate Partner, not an individual person.

Précision En fait, il s'agit de l'adhésion d'un partenaire à un programme commercial. Il doit s'agir de catégorie et de niveau, etc mais je ne trouve pas le bon sens. J'ai contacté mon client, mais en vain.
