La verdad es que encuentro redundante la expresión "acreditación de la justificación", pero tal vez es porque no conozco los pormenores de dicha tarea. Una de las opciones que me planteo es "attest the evidence of its legal representative's capacity " (certificar que las pruebas/la evidencia o documentación presentada para acreditar la personería son veraces).

I don't think you need to complicate this in the typically wordy fashion of Spanish legalese. All I see happening is that this person (a notary?) is being required to check whether a legal representative is properly empowered. It's a routine everyday procedure, usually requiring a signed authority from the person being represented and ID from the legal representative.

Literally it means "accreditation of the justification of the legal status...", which can obviously be tidied up a bit.

I agree with you, Sandra, and I prefer more straightforward language that that of the other currently proposed answer. I don't agree with "legal status" as a translation of "personeria juridica" in this context. "Legal representative" is also an acceptable translation and makes much more sense here. The official (notary?) is being asked to certify identification documents.
