Salvo una referencia -se dice- que consta de seis palabras y se contiene en el encabezamiento de la sentencia -«siendo parte el Abogado del Estado»- la Sala de Instancia no se pronuncia ni sobre la posición procesal del representante de la Administración, ni de su ***intervención calificadora*** ni, sobre todo, de sus argumentos en el acto de la Vista y peticiones aducidas.

I think this refers to the charges brought by the prosecution.

In their Dictionary of Legal Terms, Alcaraz Varo et al offer this entry at "califación" (pp. 691-692):
