There is no English equivalent. Moreover, the important thing here is that translators must not "translate" qualifications to what they consider might be an equivalent level in another country's educational system. Schools, universities and other educational institutions set up commissions that are convened to rule of applications from overseas. Equivalence commissions decide whether the overseas qualification meets their requirements, not translators.

So what can you do? Keep the French "BEP" add "Sales" and then footnote it with something descriptive, making sure you don't give an "equivalent" in doing so.
