These are two separate entries under the column Observacion. From a Mexican university transcript. You have the course name, dates attended, grades, and then the column in question.

ordinario / intermedio > final / mid-year (examination)

I think this is probably what they stand for.

"Se exponen los resultados considerando la calificación promedio de los exámenes de Medio Curso (intermedios) y Ordinarios (finales)."
