Swedish to English Law/Patents Law (general) access visits - child and father

A man has been granted court-ordered access to his child once a month for 5 hours each time It seems the mother takes the child to an apartment and picks him/her up afterwards.

[The mother] ska vid varje tillfälle se till att [barnet] lämnas och hämtas vid umgängesstödsverksamhetens lägenhet.

Is “umgängesstödsverksamheten” a company whose job it is to supervise or chaperone access visits, or something along those lines? If I know exactly what it is, I might be able to better express it in English. The sentence above appears in a Beslut by Eskilstuna Tingsrätt.
