Swedish term

eller inte finns inte.

Swedish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
Något rättsfall från Högsta domstolen huruvida köplagen eller konsumentköplagen är tillämplig på grund av om köparen är konsument eller inte finns inte.

I do not understand it at all.
Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

Non-PRO (1): Anna Herbst

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

@Helena Hello

I suspect that you may have a problem parsing the sentence based on your question

I see it as, very loosely translated:

There is no jurisprudence from the Supreme Court as to whether the Purchasing Law or Consumer Purchasing Law is applicable on account of the Buyer being the Consumer or not.
Deane Goltermann Feb 23, 2019:
Right Tim, Reword the entire sentence... ;-)

(consumer) or not, is not present.

No Supreme court ruling has been made relating to whether the (Sales Law) or the (Consumer Sales Act) is applicable due to whether the buyer is a consumer or not.

Or possibly better
There is no Supreme court ruling relating to whether the (Sales Law) or the (Consumer Sales Act) is applicable due to whether the buyer is a consumer or not.

Yeah, judges need to correct their clerks' BS better in some Swe courts.

disagree George Hopkins : Nikolaj's answer is short and exactly to the point. Correction: SORRY, SORRY, my mistake. No offence intended. My comment should of course have been: Tim's answer is short and exactly to the point.

You agreed with Tim, but not Nikolaj?? The way I see it Tim and I pretty much agree. You seem to be getting personal here. Change accepted! But my examples show I'd rewrite the entire sentence for a completely different result than the answer.

or does not exist

The last instance of 'inter' is probably a mistake.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Michele Fauble : Not a mistake. See the answers provided by Tim and Deane.

Here I'm quoting your text with two commas inserted for clarity:

Något rättsfall från Högsta domstolen, huruvida köplagen eller konsumentköplagen är tillämplig på grund av om köparen är konsument eller inte, finns inte.

It is my opinion that these commas should have been included in the original, but they didn’t ask me. ;-) I would also insert the word "angående" after the first comma.

I don't think you should actually translate using the phrase I have provided, but it is the right translation for the isolated phrase in your question. It should be obvious that you need to reword the entire sentence in English.

there is no case that could serve as a precedent, ... or at least none applicable as relevant

"There is no case that could serve as a precedent, ... or at least none that are applicable as relevant."

The entire sentence needs to be reformulated in the translation (as is the case of course with a professional translation of legal text/language).
